1 quart of stewed tomatoes (cooked down to about the consistency of spaghetti sauce, but with skins on and seeds in)

3 medium onions, chopped

6 cloves of garlic, pressed

1-1/2 teaspoons of chili powder

1 teaspoon of dried oregano

1 teaspoon of dried basil

1-1/2 teaspoons of salt

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

1 pound of ground lamb

2 cups of frozen sweet corn

cheddar cheese for a garnish, grated
